Mr. Marcin Wilk is an experienced manager with a rich portfolio of transactions in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
Marcin was the President of the Management Board of the Investment Fund, the director of the bank as well as an independent financial advisor in Poland.
Marcin was a member of the management board of a regional development fund, as well as the President of the Management Board in technology and fintech companies and medical industries. He is a member of the board of the National Association of Regional Development Funds.
His mission is to support and improve the conditions for the development of entrepreneurship through the use of financial instruments to strengthen the capital of companies and to facilitate access to financing investment projects.
Previously, as a business manager, he supervised the investment, finance, and accounting division as well as consulting services provided for the business. As part of his strategic responsibilities, I managed projects related to innovation, cooperation with research units and building an international business development support network.
Marcin has many years of experience in the banking sector, where he was involved in planning and organizing projects and controlling the correctness of the implementation of business line tasks.
Marcin is an Executive MBA graduate, as well as a post MBA program in the field of strategic financial management and banking.
Maciej Smok

Mr Maciej Smok – Attorney. Partner and co-founder of the SMOK Law Firm and the Stratos Management consulting firm.
He specializes in M&A processes and succession planning in companies. For almost twenty years, he has been advising managers and organizations, listening to their individual needs and helping them achieve business goals. In his activities, he emphasizes securing the assets of managers and protecting them from criminal liability in accordance with the principles of criminal compliance.
He has conducted numerous comprehensive legal audits (due diligence) of business entities, including those involving the State Treasury. His experience includes organizing dozens of capital transactions, such as the sale of a business entity, the takeover of an enterprise or obtaining debt financing. He has also advised on numerous processes related to the transformation and division of companies. He was responsible for the restructuring of entities operating in the automotive, meat and construction industries.
He has practical knowledge, which he uses to help others create and develop their business. For many years, he created from scratch the legal and financial structure of an investment holding company dealing with investments in the development, industrial and start-up sectors.
